Guest Rules

Non-Smoking Policy

According to Hawai'i State Revised Statutes and Federal laws, smoking, including vaping and marijuana, is not allowed in covered common/limited common areas of the property, in the elevators, on all lanais, walkways, and within the gated Pool/Cabana area. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.

Owners or guests who are found smoking in a prohibited area will receive a verbal warning to stop smoking and be informed of the fire risk. If the behavior continues, a fine of $250 will be imposed on the owner or guest.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.

Behavior

  • No occupant shall drop or throw, nor allow anything to be dropped or thrown, from a window, lanai, or corridor balconies. Nothing shall be placed in a position where it might fall from a window, lanai, or balcony.
  • Fireworks, charcoal, propane, and open fire grills or cooking devices are prohibited inside apartments and on lanais.
  • Owners, tenants, their visitors and guests should avoid creating excessive noise and not cause any disturbing noise or objectionable odors to emanate from their apartments or lanais.
  • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited from being carried onto or used on the premises.
  • Parents and guardians are accountable for their children's behavior, while adults who are not parents are responsible for the behavior of visiting children.
  • The use of skateboards, rollerblades, and unauthorized drones is prohibited on the property.
  • Any form of physical or verbal abuse towards staff, guests, or owners is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
  • Kindly ensure that sand is rinsed off by the seawall deck before entering the units whenever possible.

Pool Area

  • No glass, ceramic, or breakable containers on the beach or in the pool area.
  • Use of the beach and pool area is at the individual's own risk.
  • Patrons are requested not to enter the building if they are sandy or wet from salt water. Showers are conveniently located near the beach entrance and in the pool area.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian in the pool and cabana area. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers in the pool. Children under the age of 7 are not permitted in the spa.
  • Refrain from running, diving, or engaging in horseplay in the pool and cabana area.
  • Cell phone usage is not permitted within the pool area. Owners and guests must leave the gated pool vicinity to make or receive phone calls.
